In the 4-driver test against Makita's XDT16Z, DeWalt's DCF888BR, and a Bauer, Milwaukee's M18 Fuel, at 115.83 dollars, took first place on both major torque measurements: it won the tightening torque test outright, blasting past 900 PSI and running out of the 15-second test window at 1,600 PSI, and it won the looseningtorque test at 1,750 PSI. The test's own verdict was direct: "Milwaukee just ran away with this competition and did a terrific job." One flagged issue: the notes record it occasionally shut off mid-test and needed the trigger released and re-squeezed to keep going.
