  • bacon test, four pieces of extra thick bacon at 400 F, timed and judged for doneness consistency
  • chicken quarters test, cooked to a 170 F internal temperature using a wireless meat thermometer, timed and judged for crispiness and juiciness
  • subjective ease-of-cleaning assessment

the cosori came out on top with the best average finish of 3.1, it performed very well in all of the testing... at a very affordable price of $120, the cosori would definitely be my choice
